Fort Worth Transportation Services & Crowley

The Crowley City Council provides annually, through Trinity Metro, door-to-door paratransit services for the elderly and persons with disabilities within Tarrant County.

Cost

This service cost is a one-way trip fare of $2.50.


South Tarrant ZIPZONE

The South Tarrant ZIPZONE includes the Cities of Crowley, Everman and portions of south Fort Worth. You may ride ZIPZONE throughout southern Tarrant County between 7-7 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Book rides straight from your phone, get picked up in minutes, and access local shops, restaurants and workplaces without needing a car.

The South Tarrant ZIPZONE offers connections to bus route 65X at the South Park & Ride and bus routes 6, 33, 52, 54, 67 and 72.

Weekdays: 7 a.m.-7 p.m.

Fees

$3 per passenger per ride or free with any multi-ride Trinity Metro Local Ticket. 

In this case, simply select the “Ticket” button in the bottom left corner of the ZIPZONE app to indicate that you are paying by ticket when booking your ride. Then, when you board the ZIPZONE vehicle, the driver will ask to see your Trinity Metro Local Ticket for validation.

Download the Trinity Metro ZIPZONE mobile app on your smartphone, available in the Apple App Store or on Google Play.

Add your payment method so grab your credit card and type in the needed information.

If you prefer, you may also schedule a ride by simply calling 817-215-8600. Please note that should you call to book a ride (instead of using the app), please be sure to call at least 15 minutes prior to the end of service hours.

With the app, type in your destination and wait for your ZIPZONE-branded van to pick you up and zip you away.

For riders who do not show up or cancel after requesting a ride via the app, an automatic charge of 50 percent will be assessed.
