Non-residents may obtain membership by presenting a valid government issued form of identification, a utility bill and paying an annual Non-Resident Fee of $15 for the initial card and $10 for each additional family member.

If the limbs and/or brush cannot be put in the regulation containers, it should be placed in bundles (not to exceed 48 inches in length) or disposable containers, not to weigh more than 50 pounds each, and placed on the curb on the second regularly scheduled day of collection.
